DS1013S-40/T&R Overview
In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR). With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V makes reliable performance possible. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. A temperature range of 0°C~70°C is available. There are numerous related parts with the same base part number DS1013 that are universally preferred by a wide range of applications. Pins on the 16 axis are arranged in this design. There is a supplier device package 16-SOIC associated with it. The maximum operating temperature should be kept at 70°C to ensure noemal operation. To ensure optimal operation, it is recommended that the operating temperature be kept at 0°C. In addition, it is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V. It supports the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V.
