DS1013S-40+ Overview
A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. By using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting type, Surface Mount is used. There is an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. A 1 tap/step configuration is provided. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. As a result, it is equipped with 16 terminations for unique configurations. During operation, 5V is supplied with a voltage. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed. It is acceptable for it to operate with the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V.
