DS1013S-40 Overview


A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The device features an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. As a result, it is configured with 1 taps/steps. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1013. At DUAL, the terminals are located. A unique configuration is possible with the 16 terminations. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed. The minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable for it to operate. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V, it is acceptable for it to operate. The CMOS family contains this key active component.
