DS1013S-30/T&R Overview
For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR). Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1013. Pins on the 16 axis are arranged in this design. In this case, the device package from the supplier is 16-SOIC. For optimal operation, the operating temperature should be kept at 70°C. In order to maintain optimal performance, it is recommended that the operating temperature be kept at 0°C. The maximum supply voltage supported by it is 5.25V. The minimum supply voltage supported by the device is 4.75V.
