DS1013S-20+ Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V makes reliable performance possible. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature. As configured, it has taps and steps of 1. At DUAL are the terminals. In order to provide unique configurations, it is equipped with 16 terminations. During operation, 5V is provided with a supply voltage. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used. Developed on the basis of advanced CMOS technology. A minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable for its operation. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V, it is acceptable to operate it. The CMOS family contains a significant amount of CMOS.
