DS1013S-150+ Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. It features 0°C~70°C operating temperature. The taps/steps are configured with 1. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. DUAL is the location of the terminals.
