DS1013S-150 Overview


For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package can be used instead. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. As a result, it is configured with 1 taps/steps. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. At DUAL, the terminals are located. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 16 terminations. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. All benefits of the subcategory of Delay Lines are provided by this product.
