DS1013S-10+ Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. By using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. This device has an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. There are 1 taps and steps configured for it. DUAL is the location of the terminals. The system is equipped with 16 terminations for a unique configuration. When operating, a voltage of 5V is provided. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. Based on advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. With the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate. It is acceptable for it to operate with the maximum supply voltage of 5.25V. It is a key active component of the family of CMOS. The combination of its BOTH LEADING & TRAILING EDGE ACCURACY; MAX FAN OUT OF 10 74LS LOAD PER OUTPUT with other specific characteristics makes it ideally suited for a wide range of applications.
