DS1013M-40 Overview


For cost-effective packaging, Tube is used. Using the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. The technique of Through Hole is employed as its mounting type. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. The device is configured with 1 taps/steps. The device is placed at the location of the terminals at DUAL. It is equipped with 8 terminations for unique configuration. When the device is operating, it is supplied with a voltage of 5V. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. With the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable. This is one of the key active components of the CMOS family of compounds.
