DS1013M-30 Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. As its mounting method, Through Hole is used. The device features an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. The taps/steps are configured with 1. A terminal is located at DUAL. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. When operating, a voltage of 5V is provided. It is logically typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. It is acceptable to operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. If the maximum supply voltage is 5.25V, the system should be able to operate. It is an active component of the CMOS family.
