DS1013M-25 Overview


As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. With the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. It is mounted using the technique of Through Hole. A temperature range of 0°C~70°C is available. Taps and steps are configured with 1. Terminals are located at DUAL. The system is equipped with 8 terminations for a unique configuration. The supply voltage of 5V is provided when operating.
