DS1013M-25+ Overview


The product is packaged using Tube in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. Using the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting type, Through Hole is used. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. There are 1 taps and steps configured for it. It has been found that a number of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. There are two terminals at DUAL. The system is equipped with 8 terminations for a unique configuration. When operating, a voltage of 5V is provided. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced CMOS technology. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V.
