DS1013M-25 Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting type, Through Hole is used. The device features an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. A 1 tap/step configuration is provided. In a wide range of applications, parts with the same base part number DS1013 are universally preferred. The terminals are placed at DUAL. A unique configuration is possible with the 8 terminations. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. Using the maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. There is a mounting in the way of Through Hole. The CMOS family contains a significant amount of CMOS. The combination of its BOTH LEADING & TRAILING EDGE ACCURACY; MAX FAN OUT OF 10 74LS LOAD PER OUTPUT with other specific characteristics makes it ideally suited for a wide range of applications.
