DS1013M-200 Overview


It is packaged using Tube for cost-effectiveness. With the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. It is mounted using the technique of Through Hole. It operates at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. 1 taps/steps are configured. A terminal is located at DUAL. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. SILICON DELAY LINE is used as its logic type. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. If the minimum supply voltage is 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V, it is acceptable for it to operate. The compound is a key component of the CMOS family. Its BOTH LEADING & TRAILING EDGE ACCURACY; MAX FAN OUT OF 10 74LS LOAD PER OUTPUT combined with other specific characteristics make it well suited for various applications.
