DS1013M-20 Overview


For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. By utilizing the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. The technique of Through Hole is employed as its mounting type. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature. The device has been configured with 1 taps and steps. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. There are two terminals at DUAL. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 5V is provided. It uses the logic type SILICON DELAY LINE. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced CMOS technology. It can be operated with a supply voltage of 4.75V as a minimum.
