DS1013M-100+ Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package can be used instead. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting type, Through Hole is used. The device features an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. A 1 tap/step configuration is provided. DUAL is the position of the terminals. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. When operating, 5V receives a supply voltage. It is logically typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. The minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable for it to operate. Using the maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. It is a key active component of the family of CMOS. The combination of its BOTH LEADING & TRAILING EDGE ACCURACY; MAX FAN OUT OF 10 74LS LOAD PER OUTPUT with other specific characteristics makes it ideally suited for a wide range of applications.
