DS1013M-100 Overview


In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. Using the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V ensures reliable performance. The technique of Through Hole is employed as its mounting type. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. It is configured with 1 taps/steps. At DUAL are the terminals. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 8 termination. During operation, 5V is supplied with a voltage. It is logically typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. Developed on the basis of advanced CMOS technology. With the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate. If the maximum supply voltage is 5.25V, the system should be able to operate. This is one of the key active components of the CMOS family of compounds. As a result of its BOTH LEADING & TRAILING EDGE ACCURACY; MAX FAN OUT OF 10 74LS LOAD PER OUTPUT combined with other specific characteristics, it is well suited to a wide variety of applications.
