DS1013M-100+ Overview


In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. By using the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. As its mounting method, Through Hole is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. It is configured with 1 taps/steps. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. A terminal is located at DUAL. In order to provide unique configurations, it is equipped with 8 terminations. During operation, 5V is provided with a supply voltage. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. It was developed using advanced CMOS technology. The minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable for it to operate. If the maximum supply voltage is 5.25V, the system should be able to operate.
