DS1013-75 Overview


It is packaged using Tube for cost-effectiveness. By using the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting method, Through Hole is used. This device has an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. It is configured with 1 taps/steps. The terminals are placed at DUAL. As a result, it is equipped with 14 terminations for unique configurations. When operating, a voltage of 5V is provided. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. It can operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. It is acceptable to run it at the maximum voltage of 5.25V. There are a number of active components within the CMOS family.
