DS1013-60 Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. Using the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. It is mounted using the Through Hole technique. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature.
