DS1013-50+ Overview


In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. In order to mount this device, the technique of Through Hole is used. There is an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. The device has been configured with 1 taps and steps. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. DUAL is the position of the terminals. It is equipped with 14 terminations for unique configuration. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. It is acceptable to operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V, it is acceptable for it to operate. Mounted in the way of Through Hole. This is one of the key active components of the CMOS family of compounds.
