DS1013-40+ Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. Using the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. The technique of Through Hole is employed as its mounting type. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. 1 taps/steps are configured. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 14 termination. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. It is logically typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. It is developed based on the advanced CMOS technology. It is acceptable to operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. Using a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. The CMOS family contains this key active component.
