DS1013-40 Overview


The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting type, Through Hole is used. It operates at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. The device has been configured with 1 taps and steps. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. DUAL is the position of the terminals. For unique configurations, it is equipped with 14 terminations. The supply voltage of 5V is provided when operating. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. A supply voltage of 4.75V is sufficient for it to operate.
