DS1013-30 Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. The 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. It is mounted using the Through Hole technique. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~70°C. The device is configured with 1 taps/steps. A terminal is located at DUAL. The terminations are provided with 14 for a unique configuration. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. Providing it with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable. It is acceptable to run it at the maximum voltage of 5.25V. It is an active component of the CMOS family.
