DS1013-25 Overview


For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. The 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. It is mounted using the technique of Through Hole. There is an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. It is configured with 1 taps/steps. It has been found that a number of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. The terminals are placed at DUAL. In order to provide unique configurations, it is equipped with 14 terminations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. As its logic type, SILICON DELAY LINE is used. As a result of the advanced CMOS technology, it was developed. The minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable for it to operate. Providing a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable. A Through Hole mounting is used. It is an active component of the CMOS family.
