DS1013-20 Overview


As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. In applications requiring additional insulation, the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package can be used instead. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting method, Through Hole is used. It features 0°C~70°C operating temperature. The taps/steps are configured with 1. The terminals are placed at DUAL. As a result, it is equipped with 14 terminations for unique configurations. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed.
