DS1010S-250/T&R Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is able to eliminate the need for this. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~70°C. It is configured with 10 taps/steps. It has been found that a number of related parts with the same base part number DS1010 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. There is a supplier device package 16-SOIC associated with it. For optimal operation, the operating temperature should be kept at 70°C. Ideally, the minimum operating temperature should be maintained at 0°C. The maximum supply voltage supported is 5.25V. A minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is supported.
