DS1010S-200 Overview
It is packaged using Tube for cost-effectiveness. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~70°C. The device has been configured with 10 taps and steps. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 16 termination. The supply voltage of 5V is provided when operating. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. It is developed based on the advanced CMOS technology. It is acceptable to operate with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V. If the maximum supply voltage is 5.25V, the system should be able to operate.
