DS1010-50 Overview


The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. The 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. It is mounted using the Through Hole technique. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~70°C. Taps and steps are configured with 10. DUAL is the position of the terminals. A unique configuration is possible with the 14 terminations. When the device is operating, it is supplied with a voltage of 5V. Its logic type is SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. With the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V, it is acceptable for it to operate.
