DS1010-400 Overview


As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. With the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. In order to ensure reliable performance, 5V is supplied with a voltage. As its mounting type, Through Hole is used. The taps/steps are configured with 10. At DUAL, the terminals are located. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 14 terminations. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. With the minimum supply voltage of 4.75V, it is acceptable for it to operate. With a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V, it is acceptable to operate it.
