DS1010-150 Overview


In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. Using the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. In order to mount this device, the technique of Through Hole is used. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. A 10 tap/step configuration is provided. At DUAL are the terminals. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 14 terminations. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. A logic type of SILICON DELAY LINE is used. This technology was developed as a result of the advanced CMOS technology. A supply voltage of 4.75V is sufficient for it to operate. It is acceptable to run it at the maximum voltage of 5.25V.
