Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V ensures reliable performance. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. The device features an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. The device is configured with 1 taps/steps. Terminals are located at DUAL. It is equipped with 16 terminations for unique configuration. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. It is logically typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. A state-of-the-art CMOS technology is used in its development. Using the maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate.
