DS1007S-3 Overview


The product is packaged using Tube in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. Using the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. A temperature range of 0°C~70°C is available. The device is configured with 1 taps/steps. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1007 is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 16 terminations. When the device is operating, it is supplied with a voltage of 5V. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. It is acceptable for it to operate with the maximum supply voltage of 5.25V. Surface Mount mounted in the way.
