DS1007S-2 Overview


A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V ensures reliable performance. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature. The device has been configured with 1 taps and steps. Many related parts with the same base part number DS1007 are universally preferred. A terminal is located at DUAL. It is equipped with 16 terminations for unique configuration. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE.
