Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting method, Surface Mount is used. This device has an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. Several parts with the same base part number DS1007 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. An arrangement of 16 pins is used in its design. Device package 16-SOIC is that of its supplier. For optimal operation, the maximum operating temperature should be kept at 70°C.
