DS1007S-12/T&R Overview
In order to ensure cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR). In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is able to eliminate the need for this. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V makes reliable performance possible. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~70°C. It has been found that a number of related parts with the same base part number DS1007 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. In its design, 16 pins are used. The supplier device package is 16-SOIC. To ensure proper operation, an operating temperature of 70°C should be maintained at all times. The minimum operating temperature should be maintained at 0°C to ensure optimal performance. 5.25V is the maximum supply voltage supported by this device. 4.75V is the minimum voltage that it supports.
