DS1005S-125 Overview


In order to minimize costs, Tube is used to package it. With the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. This device has an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. The device has been configured with 5 taps and steps. Several parts with the same base part number DS1005 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. Terminals are located at DUAL.
