DS1005S-100/T&R Overview


Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tape & Reel (TR). In applications requiring additional insulation, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package can be used instead. In order to ensure reliable performance, 4.75V~5.25V is supplied with a voltage. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. It features 0°C~70°C operating temperature. 5 taps/steps are configured. The use of related parts with the same base part number DS1005 is universally preferred for a wide range of applications. It is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount. The design of the device is based on the use of 16 pins. The supplier device package is 16-SOIC. The maximum operating temperature should be kept at 70°C to ensure noemal operation. Keeping the minimum operating temperature at 0°C is necessary to ensure optimal performance.
