DS1005S-100 Overview
A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is able to eliminate the need for this. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V makes reliable performance possible. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~70°C. A 5 tap/step configuration is provided. Several parts with the same base part number DS1005 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. Terminals are located at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 16 termination. During operation, the supply voltage for 5V is provided. It is logic typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. Based on the advanced CMOS technology, it is developed. There are all the benefits associated with Delay Lines subcategory. It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.
