DS1005M-100 Overview


A cost-effective package is used by using Tube. With the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As its mounting type, Through Hole is used. It operates at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. A 5 tap/step configuration is provided. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number DS1005 are universally preferred. It is placed at DUAL where the terminals are located. For unique configurations, it is equipped with 8 terminations. When the device is operating, the supply voltage of 5V is provided.
