DS1005-125+ Overview


The product is packaged using Tube in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. Using the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. As the mounting method, the Through Hole technique is used. A temperature range of 0°C~70°C is available. There are 5 taps and steps configured for it. At DUAL are the terminals. For a unique configuration, it is equipped with 14 terminations. When operating, a voltage of 5V is provided. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. A state-of-the-art CMOS technology is used in its development.
