DS1004Z-4/T&R Overview


For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR). In applications requiring additional insulation, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package can be used instead. Reliable performance is ensured by the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~70°C. The device is configured with 5 taps/steps. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1004 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. The design of the device is based on the use of 8 pins. There is a supplier device package 8-SOIC associated with it. To ensure proper operation, an operating temperature of 70°C should be maintained at all times. The minimum operating temperature should be maintained at 0°C to ensure optimal performance. A maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is supported. As a minimum supply voltage, it supports 4.75V.
