For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. There is an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C. 5 taps/steps are configured. For a variety of applications, it is universally preferred to use parts with the same base part number DS1004. DUAL is the position of the terminals. It is equipped with 8 terminations for unique configuration. When operating, 5V receives a supply voltage. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type.
