DS1004Z-2 Overview


As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. It is possible to achieve reliable performance with 4.75V~5.25V due to the supply voltage. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature. Taps and steps are configured with 5. Many related parts with the same base part number DS1004 are universally preferred. The terminals are placed at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 8 termination. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation.
