DG9233EDY-GE3 Overview
Due to its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packaging, the electronic part is convenient for international shipping. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Operating temperature extended to -40°C~85°C TA. There are 8 terminations totally. A high-quality output is provided by the electrical component's 1 channels. When a voltage supply of 3V is used, the electronic component should be turned on and run. Circuits based on SPST - NO switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. 2 circuits are used in this analogue multiplexer. This analog switch requires a voltage of 2.7V~5.5V to drain from a single voltage supply.
