DG413LDJ Overview


Shipping overseas is convenient due to the electrical component's packing in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm). To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tube is used. It is mounted in the position Through Hole. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Operation at a temperature around -40°C~85°C TA. Circuits based on SPST - NO/NC switching are used to construct these analog switch ics. A 4 circuit is present in this switch device. Analog switches have 17Ohm internal resistance. Please refer to the datasheets for 16 pins functions. Multiplexers should not be powered above 12V in normal situations. Analog switch ics with Dual, Single supply type are cost-effective. A low voltage of 2.7V should be applied to the electronic component. A digital multiplexer may suffer damage if voltage is applied above 1μA. If put voltage greater than 6V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. If you are using a dual power supply, you should attach at least 3V. Temperatures higher than 85°C are not recommended for operation of the analogue multiplexer. Suppliers offer a 16-DIP package.
