DC95F302V Overview
In the package of a Bulk, NTC thermistors are contained. We have included it in the Epoxy package for your convenience. A maximum operating temperature of 150°C ensures that NTC thermistors can operate reliably. It is recommended that NTC thermistors be used at a temperature of -80°C in order to ensure reliability. An NTC thermistor with a total of 2 terminations is presented here. The NTC thermistors must have the 2 pins connected for them to work properly.
