An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 64-LQFP package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 64 pins.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
