DAC8563SDSCR Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package and X package. The supply voltage is 3.6V volts. FPGA parts like this belong to the Other Converters family. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. It is important to maintain the operating temperature within the range of -40°C~125°C when operating the machine. Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Cut Tape (CT) for the sake of space saving. 10 terminations are present in total.
