DAC8413EPZ Overview


It is supplied in the 28-DIP (0.600, 15.24mm) package. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Through Hole-pin. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~85°C when operating. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tube for the purpose of saving space. Related parts can be found by using its base part number DAC8413. The device has 28 pins which are included in the design. A 5V-volt supply allows designers to fully utili5Ve its flexibility. As far as the maximum operating temperature of this module is concerned, it reaches 125°C. Operating temperatures should exceed -55°C. It supports the maximal supply voltage of 5.25V. Using a supply voltage as low as 4.75V, it will work. There is a device package provided by 28-PDIP as its supplier.
